AUSCP ZJ450 is used to provide better binding quality. It’s hydraulic drive. It consists of hydraulic drive system, multi-functional presser and automatic control system.
机组功能、特点：Unit functions, features
l 书芯撞脊：书芯经过锁线或配页后都比较松散，使书背较厚难以裱装封面或过胶，经此机压紧后再做出来的书平整、结实、挺括，常用于线装书，精装书、铁线钉等书籍压书背之用；
l 书页撞脊： 折页后的书帖经过撞脊后锁线和胶订，能提高书芯锁线及胶装质量，是配合锁线机、胶装机的首选设备；
l 该机采用液压结构，进口液压气动元件，具有经久耐用，噪音小，使用灵活，操作方便，外型美观等特点。
l Spine pressing: It’s used to provide flat, solid and compressed book spines for thread-bound books, hardcovers and wire-bound books.
l Page pressing: It’s used to provide better-quality book blocks for sewing binding machine.
